Elevations End of Life

For caregiving families

Find a therapist

One short form. A person reads it, looks for trained therapists near you, and comes back to you, usually within two working days.

Your details go to us, not to a public listing. We share them with a therapist only when we have someone to suggest, and we will tell you who.

What to expect

  • We read every request ourselves. No automated matching.
  • We look for therapists trained for fragile and end of life work, not just anyone with a table.
  • You talk to the therapist before anything is booked, and agree cost and timing with them directly.
  • Some students offer reduced-cost visits while they build their hours. Say so if cost is tight.
  • If there is nobody near you, we will say so plainly and point you at what else can help.

Cannot wait for a visit? The how-to videos teach the hand and foot work families use most, and the circle meets twice a week.
